The pitcher was fine when I first got it, and the water tastes decent enough, but the filters seem to run out really quickly for us. I’m not sure if it’s something with our water, how much we’re using it, or what, but it feels like I’m constantly needing another replacement.

At this point the filter cost kind of ruins it for me. The pitcher itself isn’t bad, but I wish I had paid more attention to how often the filters need changing before I bought it

Not gonna lie, the water does taste cleaner, but it still feels a little flat to me. It’s not bad at all, just not amazing either. Average overall.

I was hoping this would make the water taste better, but it tastes even weirder now. Compared to how it tasted before, I actually prefer the original tap water.

I think it’s a nice pitcher. It looks clean and simple, and it pours easily, so I’m not sure why anyone would make a huge deal out of it. The handle does feel a little odd at first, but it’s not like it ruins the whole thing.

The filter does a good job and the water definitely tastes better. I just wasn’t expecting the replacement filters to cost as much as they do... especially since I thought they’d last a bit longer for the price. It’s not a bad product at all, just kind of expensive to keep up with.

I bought the ZeroWater filter because my tap water was showing high TDS, and to be fair, it did exactly what it was supposed to at first. The meter dropped to 000 right away, which was satisfying and made me feel like the whole setup was worth it.

Well... I ordered from zerowater.com thinking it would ship within a few days like it said, but then nothing really happened for over a week. The order just seemed stuck with no clear explanation.

I kept having to check the tracking on my own, and even that barely changed. I reached out to customer service, but the response felt generic and didn’t actually help me understand what was going on.

By the time the package finally showed up, I was already frustrated with the whole thing. If shipping is going to be this slow and unclear, I probably won’t order from them again.

It was simple to set up and didn’t take very long, I did have to rinse it a little more than I thought I would but it wasn’t really a big deal, overall it was easy enough and it’s been working fine so far.
